Studio A is a newly decorated 1st floor studio in Georgian house with open planned kitchen with 4 ringed hob and microwave oven (no conventional oven), however well equipped to cook a simple meal.  The living room has good quality day beds and a large sash window with view onto verdant garden (not available to apartment guests).

Studio B is a large long-lined studio apartment approached from mezzanine with twin beds.  Open area with kitchen, microwave, four ringed hob (no conventional oven), well equipped to cook a simple meal. Sitting room with sash windows overlooking small quiet enclosed area (really quiet for London), dining table and chairs, settee, color TV.  It has been newly decorated and furnished in easy style and bright colors and carpeted. It is a pleasant, comfortable home

Studio C is a 2nd floor walk-up studio with a basic kitchen equipped to cook a simple meal (no conventional oven).  The spacious living room includes comfortable twin beds, large sash windows, color TV and is nicely carpeted.

Closest tube:  6 minute walk to Russell Square

Booking procedure: 20% rental deposit and security/damage deposit of £206 (approximately $415) is due at time of booking, rental balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. 

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m.  Key transfer will be arranged after arrival details are provided.  Office hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Cancellation policy: Security deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If cancellation is less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, there is No refund.  We strongly recommend cancellation insurance to avoid financial loss in such circumstances.
