Apartment Description:  Modern, spacious, attractive fourth floor self-contained studio apartment refurbished to a high standard. The flat has the benefit of woodstrip floors, a double hideaway bed, which folds into the wall, and is shown as false cupboards from the outside. There is very good cupboard and wardrobe space, double glazing throughout the flat, attractive lighting with down lighters. Color Television. The bathroom is modern with white bath and shower over, with wash hand basin and W.C. The very small but extremely well equipped kitchen has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, cooker, hob, fridge and is well equipped. The apartment is situated on the fourth floor of this traditional block and is served by a lift. There is also an entryphone.

Minimum stay: 1 week 

Booking procedure: 25% deposit taken at time of booking, balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.  200 GBP (approximately $380) refundable security/damage deposit taken on arrival.

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 1:00 pm, check out is 10:00 am.  Airport transfer can be provided, at additional cost.  It is required for all arrivals outside of normal business hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable and a $150 cancellation charge for all cancellations.  If cancellation is less than 45 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless the apartment is re-let.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
