Apartment Description:  A quiet and charming one bedroom apartment in a superb location, close to all the fashionable shops and restaurants in the Kings Road and only a short walk from Sloane Square, South Kensington and Knightsbridge.  It is situated on the ground and lower ground floor in a portered block just off the Kings Road. An interesting spiral staircase leads down to a double bedroom, again facing the garden, small study and bathroom.

Minimum stay: 1 week 

Booking procedure: 25% deposit taken at time of booking, balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.  200 GBP (approximately $380) refundable security/damage deposit taken on arrival.

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 1:00 pm, check out is 10:00 am.  Airport transfer can be provided, at additional cost.  It is required for all arrivals outside of normal business hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable and a $150 cancellation charge for all cancellations.  If cancellation is less than 45 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless the apartment is re-let.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
