Apartment Description:  A clean, comfortable and attractive 2nd floor studio is located in a portered block with lift.  The studio has double bed, color TV, sofa, table and chairs, mirrored wardrobes and cupboards.  Located just off Kings Road with its great assortment of trendy and fashionable shops, restaurants, boutiques and cafes.  

Closest tube stop:  Sloane Square or South Kensington

Minimum stay: 1 week 

Booking procedure: 25% deposit taken at time of booking, balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.  200 GBP (approximately $400) refundable security/damage deposit also may be taken on arrival.
 
Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 1:00 pm, check out is 10:00 am.  Airport transfer can be provided at additional cost.  It is required for all arrivals outside of normal business hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
 
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable and $200 cancellation charge for all cancellations.  If cancellation is less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, there is no refund unless the apartment is re-let.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
