Apartment Description:  A quiet one bedroom cottage situated on the ground floor located within the beautiful landscaped gardens and grounds of a very imposing Victorian house. The cottage is completely separate to the house and has the benefit of a bright attractive living room with windows overlooking the gardens.  Living room includes sofa, table and chairs, TV and a modern futon sofa bed. Bedroom has fitted wardrobes and very good natural lighting.  Tiled bathroom with tub and overhead shower, wash hand basin and WC.  The fully fitted kitchen has birch floor and wall units, fridge, microwave and hob unit.  There is a laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities.

Closest tube stop:  2 minute walk to Notting Hill Gate

Minimum stay: 1 week 

Booking procedure: 25% deposit taken at time of booking, balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.  

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 1:00 pm, check out is 10:00 am.  Airport transfer can be provided, at additional cost.  It is required for all arrivals outside of normal business hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable and a $150 cancellation charge for all cancellations.  If cancellation is less than 45 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless the apartment is re-let.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
