Minimum

Booking procedure: Rent taken at time of booking (or no
later than one month prior to arrival).
Payment can be arranged by credit card (with 2.88% to 3.5%
fee), check or cash
Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check
out is 11:00 a.m.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for
all cancellations. If cancellation is less than one month
prior to arrival, there is no refund unless the apartment is
re-let. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they
have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of
booking.
