Apartment Description:  Several beautifully refurbished Victorian buildings offering a selection of spacious studios, one bedroom and two bedroom/two bathroom apartments for short or long term stays.  These serviced apartments offer attractive financial savings, increased flexibility and privacy over traditional hotel accommodation.  Situated in a desirable residential area in the heart of Chelsea, a brief walk from Sloane Square and the excellent local amenities of the Kings Road.  The central location is convenient for theatres, museums, shopping and the city business center.  Housekeepers offer a weekday maid service, ensuring guests enjoy a trouble free stay. Personal Laundry facilities are available in-house, although a more comprehensive laundry and dry cleaning service is available if required.  A detailed residents information folder is provided to each guest arriving at the apartments and details the many other services such as Theatre Bookings, Secretarial Services, Car Hire and Parking, Catering and other services that can be arranged.  Guests are also provided with a complimentary welcome pack of groceries to help them settle in with the minimum inconvenience.  The Deluxe apartments are a bit more spacious then the standard units.

Studio (260 to 470 sq/ft): Queen bed
1 Bedroom (460 to 690 sq/ft):  Queen bed plus sofa bed in living room for additional $75/week linen charge
2 Bedroom (600 to 930 sq/ft):  Queen bed and twin beds (or 2nd double bed) plus sofa bed in living room for additional $75/week linen charge

Closest tube stop:  7 minute walk to Sloane Square

Minimum stay: 1 week (shorter stays available at additional cost)

Booking procedure: 15% deposit taken at time of booking, balance of rent due up to two weeks prior to arrival.

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 12:00 p.m.  

Cancellation policy:  For cancellations 21 days or more prior to arrival, 1 nights rent is charged.  If received less than 21 days prior to arrival, 4 night rent is taken.
