doorstep. The building is portered. The apartment is very quiet, looking in to the internal courtyard.
The great attractions of this apartment is that it is magnificently appointed, is in the very heart of London, and is a quiet, airy spacious environment.
The 1,720 square foot space provides two huge living areas and two very spacious bedrooms,
master bedroom with king bed, second bedroom with queen
bed. Includes two full bathrooms plus the very modern fully equipped, luxury kitchen. Both the living room and the dining room open on to the internal courtyard. There is also a private courtyard off the other end of the living room. The apartment has recently been redeveloped to the highest standard, with a granite and stainless steel kitchen and stone bathrooms.
One of the two large comfy leather sofas in the living room is a sofa bed. There is also a smaller sofa which transforms to a large single bed.

Transport links are excellent. High Holborn and Covent Garden tube stations are both within a five minute walk and there are many buses. The Thames (the water transport to the Tower of London and Greenwich) The Strand (excellent restaurants and many of the West End theatres and the main line Charing Cross
station) and Covent Garden (the original flower market of My Fair Lady fame - now full of restaurants and fashion shops and
licensed street performers and vendors, and the Opera House) are all on your doorstep.

Minimum stay: 1 week
Booking procedure: 20% rental deposit and refundable £300
security deposit taken at time of booking by credit card, balance due
by Sterling cheque nine weeks prior to arrival.
Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 pm, check out is
10:00 am.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations. If
cancellation is less than 2 months prior to arrival, there is
no refund. Clients are
strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel
insurance arranged at the time of booking.
