Apartment Description:  First floor (2nd American) apartment along the minimalist style, owned by a film producer.  There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds, two bathrooms, one a shower bathroom with W/C and the other a tub/shower.  Very stylish apartment with quality TV and stereo. Views from master bedroom over the communal garden, very quiet yet within walking distance of South Kensington tube and the Kings Road with its restaurants and shops.

Minimum stay: 1 week

Holiday Season:  A 20% surplus is added to rent during Easter and Christmas.

Booking procedure: 60% deposit taken at time of booking by credit card, balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival, preferably by bank transfer.  $500 refundable security deposit taken on arrival.

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 1:00 pm, check out is 10:00 am.  

Cancellation policy:  Deposit is non-refundable.  If cancellation is less than 8 weeks prior to arrival, there is no refund unless the apartment is re-let.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
