Apartment Description:  This building is situated opposite Crawford House on Farringdon Road and consists of nine, two bedroom apartments, most with two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.  These apartments benefit from large fully furnished lounge/diners and fully equipped kitchens which also include washing machines.  All flats have a video entry phone and electronic door entry system for added security.  Many of London's major attractions are just a short journey away, including shopping and entertainment venues.  The apartments are ideally located for easy access to major transport links. 

Closest tube:  6 minutes to Chancery Lane or Farringdon

Booking procedure: 35% advance payment is due at time of booking by VISA or M/C only, balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Security Deposit:  $500 credit card pre-authorization transaction may be made on day of arrival by the apartment as a security/damage deposit, and will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding account. A pre-authorization transaction is not debited from the card holders account, the amount is only held for a short period of time and then automatically cancelled, unless damages are found in the apartment during the stay.

Arrival/Check In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m., check-out is 10:00 a.m.  Keys available 24 hours/day at nearby office by British Museum / University of London.  Please note some of these apartments are rented by professors and students for part of the year.

Cancellation policy: Advance payment is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If cancellation is less than 1 month prior to arrival, there is no refund unless the apartment is re-let.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
