Within three minutes walk is Selfridges and Marks and Spencer and the shopping of world-famous Oxford Street, heart of London's West End.  26 studios located in front of building facing George Street, 12 one bedroom flats in rear of building where it is much quieter.

The area is served by public transport (Marble Arch and Baker Street Underground stations and a dozen and more bus routes). In addition there is a constant stream of taxi cabs and the central situation gives easy access to the whole of the London scene.  

Closest tube stop:  7 minutes to Marble Arch and Bond Street on convenient Central Line

Booking procedure: 1 week's rent due at time of booking.  If staying more than 1 week, balance of rent taken 14 days prior to arrival.  Please note there is a 2.5% surcharge for Am Ex payments.

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 12:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m.  

Cancellation policy: $150 administrative fee for all cancellations in addition to the following: if cancellation within 15 to 30 days prior to arrival, 40% rent will refunded.  If less than 15 days prior to arrival, no refund unless apartment is re-let.
