Apartment Description:  Situated in the heart of Bloomsbury on Gower Street, these studio apartments consists of three Georgian houses converted into one building. The Grade 2 listed building and all apartments has been completely refurbished in '04, retaining many of the original features.  Conveniently located close to Covent Garden, West End Theaters and the British Museum. 

Accommodation consists of 40 units, sleeping two or three people, all with their own fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms with shower.  Include kitchenette equipped with cooker, fridge, microwave as well as cooking appliances, and a dining area with table and chairs. There is a free launderette in building with washer/dryers and ironing facilities.

Booking procedure: 35% advance payment is due at time of booking by VISA or M/C only, balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Security Deposit:  $500 credit card pre-authorization transaction may be made on day of arrival by the apartment as a security/damage deposit, and will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding account. A pre-authorization transaction is not debited from the card holders account, the amount is only held for a short period of time and then automatically cancelled, unless damages are found in the apartment during the stay.

Arrival/Check In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m., check-out is 10:00 a.m.  Keys available 24 hours/day at nearby office by British Museum / University of London.  Please note some of these apartments are rented by professors and students for part of the year.

Cancellation policy: Advance payment is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If cancellation is less than 1 month prior to arrival, there is no refund unless the apartment is re-let.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
