Booking procedure:  Security deposit of one weeks rent is taken at time of booking and refunded when guests check-out.  Full rent due on arrival.

Arrival/Check In: Check-in time is flexible and by appointment only, check-out is 12:00 p.m.  24 hour reception is available.

Cancellation policy:  $250 charge for all cancellations.  If cancellation made within 30 days of arrival, security deposit is non-refundable.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
