Booking procedure:  1 weeks rent and security deposit (50% of rent) due at time of booking.  Balance of rent due on arrival. Security deposit refunded after inventory is done at check-out.

Arrival/Check In: Check-in time is flexible and by appointment only, check-out is 12:00 p.m.  24 hour reception is available.

Cancellation policy:  $250 charge for all cancellations.  If cancellation made within 30 days of arrival, rent is non-refundable.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
