Ravenscourt Road is situated in Ravenscourt Park, a locality
between Hammersmith and Chiswick. This is a residential area
rather than a tourist area. There are good shopping facilities
in Kings Street, Hammersmith with supermarkets, shops, cafes
etc. The nearest tube is Ravenscourt Park station which
is actually situated in Ravenscourt Road, and is less than
five minutes walk from the apartment.
This is a two bedroom upper ground floor budget type
apartment, which is comfortably and nicely furnished.
There is a good sized sitting/dining room with attractive
feature fireplace, with gas coal effect fire, color TV,
telephone, table seating six people, good quality sofa bed.
The master bedroom has a double bed and built-in wardrobes and
also a built in wash hand basin. The second bedroom has two bunk beds
(3 ft width size) and built in
wardrobe. There is a small but well equipped kitchen
which has fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and cooker, and a
range of base and wall units. The bathroom has the
provision of both a bath and a shower. There is a
bath tub and also a separate walk in shower cubicle.
There is a wash hand basin and adjacent is a separate W.C.
The apartment is situated opposite to the park itself, which has the benefit of tennis courts, children's pool, duck
pond and gardens. An additional foldaway bed can be provided for
$40/week.
