House keeping
provided on requirement as an extra.

Minimum stay: 1 week
Booking procedure: 60% rental deposit taken at time of booking by credit card, balance due
by Sterling cheque or bank transfer four weeks prior to arrival.
A refundable £300
security deposit would also be requested at that time.
Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 pm, check out is
10:00 am.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations. If
cancellation is less than 2 months prior to arrival, there is
no refund. Clients are
strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel
insurance arranged at the time of booking.
