apartments a two bedroom/1 bathroom unit located off Red Lion Square, a pretty garden square only a few minutes walk from British Museum, Covent Garden, Oxford Street, Leicester Square and West End shops, theaters and restaurants.
Although very close to all the West End attractions, it is in a peaceful location without too much traffic noise.
2 minute walk to nearest tube stop (Holborn) as well as to
supermarket.
The two beautiful lower ground floor studio apartments include
a queen bed plus foldaway in apartment B, or a comfortable trundle bed which can be
separated into two twins or made into 1 double bed in apartment A. Both apartments have
separate kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, stove & oven, well equipped tiled white luxury bathroom with bath, power shower, marble wash hand basin. Elegant studio room with quality furnishings in lovely period building in pretty garden

There are 3 x two bedroom superior apartments in the building,
one with queen bed in each bedroom located on upper ground
floor, and two units with
queen bedroom and twin bedroom located on 2nd US floor with No
lift. A folding bed for 5th guest is also available at
additional $95/week for linen charge. All offer en-suite bathroom and there is a second bathroom
adjacent. Bathrooms are finished to highest standard, with marble wash hand basins, power shower over bathtub
- all white including tiling, separate Victorian mixer taps in bath, heated towel rail. The fully equipped kitchen has washer/dryer, range of good quality fitted floor and wall units and is well equipped. There is good cupboard space and the traditional English furnishing is to interior designer standard.
Flat 3 & 4 on 2nd American floor (queen bed & 2 twin beds) is the same as flat 1
on 1st American floor (2
queen beds), just a fraction smaller living
room, although slightly larger kitchen.
There is also a standard grade 2 bedroom/1 bathroom flat
located on the 3rd U.S. floor comprising of double bedroom,
twin bedroom, good sized kitchen including washing machine,
cooker, fridge. Bathroom includes tub/shower. The
apartment is comfortably and attractively furnished and is
situated on the 2nd floor of this beautiful Mansion block.

Minimum stay: 1 week
Booking procedure: 25% deposit taken at time of
booking, balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. 200 GBP
(approximately $400) refundable security/damage deposit also may
be taken on arrival.
Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 1:00 pm,
check out is 10:00 am. Airport transfer can be provided at
additional cost. It is required for all arrivals outside of
normal business hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable
and $200 cancellation charge for all cancellations. If
cancellation is less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, there is no
refund unless the apartment is re-let. Clients are strongly
recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance
arranged at the time of booking. |
