Booking procedure: 20% advance payment and refundable security deposit of £200 is due at time of booking, balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. 

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m.  Key transfer will be arranged after arrival details are provided.  Office hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Cancellation policy: Advance payment is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If cancellation is less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, there is no refund.  We strongly recommend cancellation insurance to avoid financial loss in such circumstances.
