3 Bedroom: Double bed in 1st bedroom, 2 single beds in 2nd bedroom and 3 single beds in 3rd bedroom (one unit has 1 single bed in 2nd bedroom plus pullout single bed in living room).  Folding bed available for 8th guest for $45/night in 3 Bedroom/3 Bathroom apartment.
4 Bedroom:  Double bed in 2 bedrooms, 2 single beds in other 2 bedrooms

Minimum stay: 3 nights (5 night minimum during Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Years)

Booking procedure: 20% rental deposit taken at time of booking, balance due 14 days prior to arrival.

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 11:00 a.m.  Reception hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.  Monday to Friday

Cancellation policy: Rental deposit non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 15 days of commencement of stay, no refund can be made.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
