Apartment Description:  Spacious studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments on a modern serviced apartment block with lift, situated just off Oxford Street, in one of London’s oldest garden squares, in the heart of Theatreland - ideal for shopping and entertainment.  

The studio apartment has a dining area, large kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher & direct access to attractive roof terrace with views over the square.  The 1 bedroom has color TV, Italian style bathrooms, dining area, large kitchen with washing machine, dish washer, fridge, cooker, microwave. Direct access via French doors to attractive roof terrace with views over the square.  The 2 bedroom apartments have washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.   

Closest tube stop:  3 min walk to Tottenham Court Road

Minimum stay: 1 week 

Booking procedure: 25% deposit taken at time of booking, balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.  200 GBP (approximately $420) refundable security/damage deposit also may be taken on arrival.
 
Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 1:00 pm, check out is 10:00 am.  Airport transfer can be provided at additional cost.  It is required for all arrivals outside of normal business hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
 
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable and $200 cancellation charge for all cancellations.  If cancellation is less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, there is no refund unless the apartment is re-let.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
