The housekeepers provide daily maid and weekly linen
service, personal laundry
facilities are available in-house, although a more
comprehensive laundry and dry cleaning service is available if
required. A detailed residents information folder is provided to each
guest arriving at the apartments and details the many other
services such as Theatre Bookings, Secretarial Services, Car
Hire and Parking, Catering and other services that can be
arranged. Guests are also provided with a complimentary welcome pack
of groceries to help them settle in with the minimum.

Booking procedure: 15% deposit taken at time of booking,
balance of rent due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check
out is 12:00 p.m.
Cancellation policy: For cancellations 21 days or more prior to arrival,
1 nights rent is charged. If received less than 21 days prior to arrival,
4 days rent is taken.
