Apartment Description:  Delightful ground floor galleried 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is situated in a quiet elegant road just off Notting Hill and close to Notting Hill Gate tube station. The apartment forms part of a large period property, surrounded by secluded landscaped gardens, giving the feel of being in the countryside instead of central London.

Booking procedure: 25% deposit taken at time of booking, balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.  200 GBP (approximately $380) refundable security/damage deposit taken on arrival.

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 1:00 pm, check out is 10:00 am.  Airport transfer can be provided, at additional cost.  It is required for all arrivals outside of normal business hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable and a $150 cancellation charge for all cancellations.  If cancellation is less than 45 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless the apartment is re-let.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
