Apartment Description:  Very comfortable flat situated on the third floor with a lift. Includes one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, two bathrooms - one with tub/shower, the other with shower.  Apartment is traditionally furnished and owner would prefer no children under 16.

Closest tube stop:  3 minutes to Sloane Square

Minimum stay: 1 week

Holiday Season:  A 20% surplus is added to rent during Easter and Christmas.

Booking procedure: 60% deposit taken at time of booking by credit card, balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival, preferably by bank transfer.  $500 refundable security deposit taken on arrival.

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 1:00 pm, check out is 10:00 am.  

Cancellation policy:  Deposit is non-refundable.  If cancellation is less than 8 weeks prior to arrival, there is no refund unless the apartment is re-let.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
