Apartment Description:  One bedroom apartment located on nice quiet block, flat includes sofa bed in the sitting room fitting up to 4 guests.  There is a communal roof terrace and this is situated just behind the charming Kings Road.  The apartment is furnished with very nice ancient Chinese furniture.  Kitchen is equipped with washer/dryer, gas hob, oven and all equipment.  There is a powder room, as well as a W/C in the bathroom with a tub and over head shower. Also includes broadband connection as well as cable TV.

Closest tube stop:  Sloane Square

Minimum stay: 1 week

Holiday Season:  A 20% surplus is added to rent during Easter and Christmas.

Booking procedure: 60% deposit taken at time of booking by credit card, balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival, preferably by bank transfer.  $500 refundable security deposit taken on arrival.

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 1:00 pm, check out is 10:00 am.  

Cancellation policy:  Deposit is non-refundable.  If cancellation is less than 8 weeks prior to arrival, there is no refund unless the apartment is re-let.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
