homes built in 1840, situated in a residential area in cosmopolitan Bayswater, close to Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens and easy access to all West End areas. Portobello Road is nearby and the area has an excellent variety of shops, restaurants and cafes.

1st/2nd floor walk up is a new conversions with hardwood flooring
and modern furnishings, with good size bedroom. Kitchen semi-open plan with cooker, microwave and
fridge. Living room includes sofa bed. Bathroom
has white tile and chrome fittings, tub and shower over. There
is no entry phone
and no trouser press.
First floor flat has a large living room with two floor to ceiling windows,
hardwood floors, very good quality
sofa bed and marble fireplace. The bedroom is very small but contains a double bed and small
wardrobe (there is another wardrobe in lounge) Quiet, overlooking gardens. Shower room with cubicle, toilet and basin. Small kitchenette in
living room with hob, microwave and fridge, suitable for light
cooking. Also, includes trouser press.
2nd and 3rd floor (3rd & 4th American floor) with NO lift has a comfortable living room with sofa bed, dinning table with seating for four and open plan
kitchen which has cooker, microwave and fridge. Double bed in rather small bedroom with wardrobe. Bathroom small but with tub and overhead shower, toilet and basin.
The flat is well decorated, traditional and comfortable. Cleaning/towels three times a week.
Also, include entryphone and trouser press.
Lower ground flat with garden at back having good size bedroom with double bed and two wardrobes
plus a door to garden, which has table and chairs. No
sofa bed but the modern sofa can sleep one fairly comfortably.
Includes TV with VCR and DVD player. Galley kitchen is fully equipped with washer/dryer, fridge,
cooker and microwave. Bathroom is tiled with marble floor, tub and shower over, large basin and a toilet.
Good security all around. No trouser press
and no
entryphone.

Booking procedure: 25% deposit taken at time of booking, balance due
6 weeks prior to arrival. 200 GBP (approximately
$420) refundable security/damage deposit taken on arrival.
Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 1:00 pm, check out is
10:00 am. Airport transfer can be provided, at
additional cost. It is required for all arrivals outside
of normal business hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to
Friday.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable and a $150
cancellation charge for all cancellations. If
cancellation is less than 45 days prior to arrival, there is
no refund unless the apartment is re-let. Clients are
strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel
insurance arranged at the time of booking.
