This
comfortable apartment is quiet and bright, newly decorated,
with access to private garden, about five to ten minutes walk
from South Kensington and Gloucester Road tube stations, as
well as major shopping areas of Kensington, Chelsea, and
Knightsbridge (Harrods).
Apartment is fully furnished including crockery, cutlery,
linen, and towels. It is located on 4th floor (5th American)
with NO lift. Main bedroom has super king-size bed (i.e. for
two large adults) and second bedroom has double sofa bed (i.e. for one large adult or two pre-teens),
as well as desk and phone connections. Sofa in living room can
also be used as single bed with sheet and duvet for child. Bath
includes power
shower.
Amenities: Ornamental fireplace (not in use), Phone/Fax/Answering
Machine, TV, VCR, Stereo/Tape/CD Player, Full Kitchen,
Refrigerator, Cooking Utensils provided, Linens provided,
Washer & Dryer, Pets NOT allowed

upmarket residential area and an ideal location for Shopping
(Chelsea/Knightsbridge/Kensington), Restaurants & Pubs
(abundant), Live Theater (West End), Cinemas (several within

& Albert Museums), Music (Albert Hall), Sightseeing (Hyde
Park/Kensington Palace).

Minimum stay: 1 week
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit plus $500
security/damage deposit taken at time of booking, balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Owner requires references before accepting
bookings.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of $140 for stays
less then 2 weeks.
Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 pm, check out is
10:00 am.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations. If
cancellation is less than 5 weeks prior to arrival, there is
no refund unless the apartment is re-let. Clients are
strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel
insurance arranged at the time of booking.
