Booking procedure: 25% deposit taken at time of booking, balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.  

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 1:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m.  Airport transfer can be provided, at additional cost.  

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable and a $150 cancellation charge for all cancellations.  If cancellation is less than 45 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless the apartment is re-let.
