Minimum stay: 3 nights

Booking procedure: 20% deposit is due at time of booking, balance due on arrival.  For stays of 14 nights or more, a 40% deposit is due at time of booking.

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation policy: In the event of a cancellation, 1 nights rent is charged.  If within 14 days of commencement of stay, no refund can be made.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
