There is a spiral staircase from Sandwich Street to the small patio and front door.  Planted terrace at the rear of the building. Quiet residential street.  The living room has recessed fitted kitchen with built-in halogen hob unit. Comfortably furnished, carpeted throughout.  Close to Russell Square, Kings Cross and Euston underground stations, many buses locally. Small shops and launderette a few minutes walk.  Ten minutes walk to the British Museum. 

Minimum stay: 1 week 

Booking procedure: 20% rental deposit and security/damage deposit of £206 (approximately $415) is due at time of booking, rental balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. 

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m.  Key transfer will be arranged after arrival details are provided.  Office hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Cancellation policy: Security deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If cancellation is less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, there is No refund.  We strongly recommend cancellation insurance to avoid financial loss in such circumstances.
