Apartment Description:  A lovely 2 bedroom apartment in an Edwardian mansion block that is close to the Shaftesbury Theatre complex on Shaftsbury Avenue and close to Covent Garden & Soho. Set in a quiet back street amongst the hussle and bussle of this very central location in the heart of London's theatreland. There are numerous wine bars, cafes, restaurants and grocery stores etc on the doorstep.

This well maintained bright apartment is particularly large with wide corridors and large rooms, full of charm, and furnished with antiques.  The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a small 2 seater sofa. The second bedroom is smaller with a double bed, cabinet, shelves and hanging space. The bathroom has a power shower. There is also a second separate toilet with a small wash basin next to the second bedroom. A private peaceful balcony, with table and chairs and well tended flower boxes, is set behind the building, catching the afternoon sun. A telephone can be available but only with a Credit Card deposit as security. Cost per call is 10p, per unit.

Booking procedure: 35% deposit taken at time of booking, balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.  

Arrival/Check In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m., check-out is 10:00 a.m.  Key transfer will be pre-arranged.

Cancellation policy:  Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If cancellation is less than 1 month prior to arrival, the balance is not refunded unless the apartment is re-let.  We strongly suggest that all travelers take out Trip Cancellation Insurance to protect their investment.
