Booking procedure: Credit card details used to secure reservation, rent taken up to 3 weeks prior to arrival.  Payment by VISA/MasterCard subject to 2% surcharge, American Express has 3.5% surcharge.

Security deposit:  £1,000 ($2,100) deposit is taken upon arrival as a security/damage deposit.  This is made by credit card authorization transaction and will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding account and after an inventory check has been made.  An authorization transaction is not debited from the card holders account.  The amount is held for a short period of time and is automatically cancelled.

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 12:00 p.m.  Reception is available 24 hours.

Cancellation policy: $250 administrative fee for all cancellations.  If apartment has notice 14 days prior to arrival, there is no additional charge.
