Minimum stay: 1 week
Booking procedure: 20% rental deposit and refundable £200
security deposit taken at time of booking by credit card, balance due
by Sterling or USD cheque only, five weeks prior to arrival.
Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 pm, check out is
10:00 am. or by appointment.
Cancellation policy: Rental and security deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations. If
cancellation is less than one month prior to arrival, there is
no refund. Clients are
strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel
insurance arranged at the time of booking.
