Description:
A spacious
Georgian apartment situated between the Embankment and the
Strand and is just a stone's throw from Trafalgar Square and
Buckingham Palace. London's theatre land is also on your
doorstep. As this is not a through road, it is very quiet.
In the main 3 bedroom apartment, on the top level, you have a
28-foot double living/dining room separated by six seven-foot
concertina doors. The kitchen is also on this level. It is
granite and slate and is fully equipped. Downstairs there is a
very large bedroom with super king-size bed and marble
en-suite bathroom with tub/shower. The second bedroom includes
double bed and has a walk-in wardrobe. The small third bedroom
is mainly set up as a TV/study room, but can also be used as a
bedroom for a child with its single sofa-bed (not recommended
for adults). There are double
doors leading to a slate-tiled courtyard from this room. The
second marble bathroom is also on this level and includes
bathtub/shower.
The lowest level (basement level) is set up as an open plan,
self-contained flat with its own sleeping and sitting areas,
kitchen, and shower room. The unit includes queen bed plus two
single sofa-beds. There is the option of access from upstairs
or via its own external double doors.
For large parties of 7 or more guests, the 3 bedroom flat can
be combined with the lower level studio unit to make a 4
bedroom apartment.
Amenities:
The
Apartment is centrally heated and is serviced by a large
industrial boiler as the apartment has been set up by the
owners as their own residence. Everything is provided and
includes plenty of everything - towels, plates, appliances,
etc., if you have specific requests please simply ask, there
are two phone lines into the apartment, and three phones, both
the upstairs phones are portable and a fax Machine can be
provided if needed. Maid service can also be made
available. Each bedroom, the study, and the basement
Flat have TVs & there are two VCRs (one integral), there
is also a fireplace, stereo with CD player, full kitchen with
microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking utensils
provided, linens provided, washer/dryer, variety of
books, some games & toys for children.
