Minimum stay: 1 week
Booking procedure: 25% deposit taken at time of booking,
balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. $350 security/damage
deposit charged on arrival and refunded once inventory is done.
Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 1:00 pm, check out is
10:00 am. Airport transfer can be provided at additional
cost. It is required for all arrivals outside of normal
business hours of 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Cancellation policy: Rental deposit and security deposit
is non-refundable for all cancellations. If cancellation
is less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, there is No refund unless
the apartment is re-let. Clients are strongly recommended
to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at
the time of booking.
