original cove
cornicing. There is a tiled bathroom with white bath tub, wash
hand basin
and wc. There is a power shower over the bath. The bedroom is tastefully
furnished, again with period design and has a zip and link bed
which
can be used as either a king sized bed or split to make 2
single beds. There
is a foldaway bed stored for 3rd person. Again in the bedroom
there is high
ceiling and original cove cornicing. There is a fitted
wardrobe and a chest
of drawers. This room overlooks the rear gardens/courtyard.
There is an
alarm clock radio and hairdryer. The galley kitchen has a door
leading to
a rear patio, for private use of guests, having table and
chairs. The kitchen
has single drainer stainless steel sink unit, a stainless
steel cooker
and hob, a dishwasher, integrated fridge, and in the utility
cupboard there
is a washer/dryer. There is also a microwave, kettle and
toaster. The
kitchen has hardwood flooring and hall, living room and
bedroom have good
quality carpeting. There is a small library area in the hall.
There is
a color TV, with cable facility. An alarm system is
incorporated and an entryphone
system.

Minimum stay: 1 week
Booking procedure: 25% deposit taken at time of booking,
balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. $350 security/damage
deposit charged on arrival and refunded once inventory is done.
Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 1:00 pm, check out is
10:00 am. Airport transfer can be provided at additional
cost. It is required for all arrivals outside of normal
business hours of 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Cancellation policy: Rental deposit and security deposit
is non-refundable for all cancellations. If cancellation
is less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, there is No refund unless
the apartment is re-let. Clients are strongly recommended
to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at
the time of booking.
