Booking procedure: 35% to 45% (depending on type of unit) rental deposit taken at time of booking, balance due up to 2 weeks prior to arrival.  4% discount if paying by check/bank transfer instead of credit card.

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 3:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m.  There is 24 hour reception/porterage service.

Cancellation policy: Advance payment is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If cancellation is less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless the apartment is re-let.
