Apartment Description:  The building is near the TGV railway station, whose high-speed trains link Lille to numerous European capitals. At the gateway to Belgium and Great Britain, Lille attracts visitors to its famous town square, the Grand’Place, with its belfry, old stock exchange and Flemish baroque architecture which is still the old city center’s pride and joy. Other exciting sights include the Palais des Beaux-Arts (Fine Arts Museum), the Opera and the birthplace of Charles de Gaulle.

Minimum stay: 3 nights

Booking procedure: 20% advance payment is due at time of booking, balance due 15 days prior to arrival.  If arrival is within 15 days of reservation being made, then full payment is due.

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 3:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m.  Reception hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Cancellation policy: In the event of a cancellation a full refund minus a $200 fee will be made if notification is received 14 days prior to arrival.  In the event of cancellation being received within 14 days of commencement of stay, no refund will be made.
