Apartment Description:  Situated just a two minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais and close to all the main shops, you are in an ideal position to visit this wonderful city, with a promenade to saver. The apartments are of a good standard and spacious. The Terrace on the 8th floor with sea views is an ideal place to relax on a summers day.

 

Minimum stay: 3 nights

Booking procedure: 20% advance payment is due at time of booking, balance due 15 days prior to arrival.  If arrival is within 15 days of reservation being made, then full payment is due.

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 3:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m.  Reception hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Cancellation policy: In the event of a cancellation a full refund minus a $200 fee will be made if notification is received 14 days prior to arrival.  In the event of cancellation being received within 14 days of commencement of stay, no refund will be made.
