Apartment Description:  A very charming 25 sq/m studio in an 18th century building located just behind the Hotel de Ville in the famous Marais area.  It is located on the 2nd floor and is a very bright and quiet apartment with double sofa bed and 2 foldaway beds, making a great value for parties of 3 or 4 guests.

Minimum stay: 1 week 

Booking procedure: 60% rent taken at time of booking, balance due 1 week prior to arrival.  Refundable security deposit of up to one weeks rent will also be taken then.  Please note electricity charges are not included in rent and will be deducted after departure.

Arrival/Check In:  Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.  Airport transfer can be arranged at additional cost of $50 for up to 5 guests.  Check-out is 10:00 a.m.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If cancellation is less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, there is no refund unless the apartment is re-let.  We strongly recommend cancellation insurance to avoid loss in such circumstances.
