Apartment Description:  A luxurious 1,060 sq ft 2 bedroom apartment on the corner of blvd Saint Michel and rue du Val de Grace.  The Val de grace, which is 5 minutes away, is a Military Hospital built in the XVII° century and offers the second nicest church and "Dôme" of Paris after the Invalides.  It is in a very nice area, with the Luxembourg Garden, Pantheon and Sorbonne all less than 10 minutes away.

The apartment building dates from the turn of the century, and has 2 entrances. Yours would be the second one in the courtyard. The apartment itself is on the 3rd floor with elevator.  It offers view on 1 side over the Observatory Garden and on the other side on the rue du Val de Grace. It features an entrance hall, a very spacious living room with large sofas and armchairs, a fine dining room. The bedroom with a double bed, a complete bathroom with toilet, a second "bibliothèque" with 2 single beds, and a kitchen.

Minimum stay: 1 week 

Booking procedure: 25% rent taken at time of booking, balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.  A city of Paris tax of approx $1 per day/per person will also be taken.  Please note telephone and electricity charges are not included in rent and will be deducted upon check-out.  A security deposit of up to $1,000 will also be taken on arrival and refunded upon departure.

Holiday period:  A surcharge of up to 20% may be added to rent during Christmas/New Year's period.

Arrival/Check In:  By appointment only.  Airport transfer available at additional cost of $110 for up to 3 guests, $145 for up to 5.  Arrivals outside of office hours, 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday - Friday, may require airport transfer.  Sunday arrivals are charged an additional $150 due to city of Paris regulations.  Check out is 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation policy:  There is no refund for any cancellations as these are private apartments owned by individuals, unless the owner is able to re-let the apartment. If apartment is re-let, then deposit is lost. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
