Apartment Description:  Located in the heart of the Latin Quarter on the left bank, near the faculty of Jussieu, the Jardin des Plantes and the charming cobblestone market street of rue Mouffetard with its quaint and lively village atmosphere and many restaurants.  In a classic Parisian small building with elevator, the apartment is approximately 50 sq. meters and located on the 1st floor (2nd American) overlooking the quiet street.

Minimum stay: 1 week (5 days available at management's discretion)

Booking procedure: 60% rent taken at time of booking, balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.  Payment by VISA or Mastercard accepted.

Holiday period:  A 15% surcharge may be added to rent during Christmas/New Year's.

Arrival/Check In:  Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m. Keys to the apartment are made available at the Paris office, conveniently located nearby in the 7th arrondissement.

Cancellation policy:  If cancellation is more than one month prior to arrival, deposit is non refundable.  If less than one month, there is no refund. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
