With its central location, this building is close to the finest and most famous monuments: the Arc de Triomphe, the Place de la Concorde, the Louvre, the Grand Palais and the Eiffel Tower.  You only need to cross the avenue to find yourself in the well known 'Golden Triangle' of Paris - the avenue Montaigne, Avenue Francois 1er, and Avenue des Champs Elysees, location of the world's most famous luxury stores. The charm and splendor of the site were an inspiration. In the '30's, Hemingway was often seen at the bar in the lobby of the building. Throughout the years, the list of celebrities who have rented an apartment is quite long, including Ray Charles, Jane Mansfield, and Ella Fitzgerald.

Booking procedure: 20% advance payment is due at time of booking, balance due 14 days prior to arrival.  If arrival is within 14 days of reservation being made, then full payment is due.

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 3:00 p.m., check out is 11:00 a.m.  There is 24 hour reception.

Cancellation policy: In the event of a cancellation a full refund minus a $200 fee will be made if notification is received 14 days prior to arrival.  In the event of cancellation being received within 14 days of commencement of stay, no refund will be made unless the apartment is re-let.  We strongly recommend cancellation insurance to avoid loss in such circumstances.
