Apartment Description:  2 lovely apartments located in the heart of the 7th arrondissement, an historic and truly French Parisian neighborhood. It is notable for its proximity to some of Paris' most prized landmarks, being steps from the Eiffel Tower and Champs de Mars.  They are a gourmet's delight, situated near the framed street market on rue Cler, as well as the many outstanding restaurants on the rue Saint Dominique.  Shoppers will also be thrilled by the lovely boutiques and shops of the immediate area. You will experience life as a real Parisian in this vibrant and dignified urban paradise.

The 450 sq/ft studio is on the 2nd floor (no lift) of the 1910 building with concierge service. The 400 sq/ft 1 bedroom apartment is on ground floor and can sleep up to 3 guests.

Minimum stay: 1 week for studio, 1 MONTH for 1 Bedroom

Booking procedure: 25% rent taken at time of booking, balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.  A city of Paris tax of approx $1 per day/per person will also be taken.  Please note telephone and electricity charges are not included in rent and will be deducted upon check-out.

Holiday period:  A surcharge of up to 20% may be added to rent during Christmas/New Year's period.

Arrival/Check In:  By appointment only.  Airport transfer available at additional cost of $110 for up to 3 guests, $145 for up to 5.  Arrivals outside of office hours, 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday - Friday, may require airport transfer.  Sunday arrivals are charged an additional $150 due to city of Paris regulations.  Check out is 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation policy:  There is no refund for any cancellations as these are private apartments owned by individuals, unless the owner is able to re-let the apartment. If apartment is re-let, then deposit is lost. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
