Apartment Description:  This ideal location on the Isle de la Cite, neighboring the place Dauphine and overlooking the Pont-Neuf, this 600 sq/ft apartment in a 17th century building, offers a superb view over the Seine.   Close to all the sites - St Germain des Prés, Notre Dame, Conciergerie, Palais de Justice, Louvre, etc.  The 2 single beds, making large double, in the alcove closed off from the main area for privacy with curtains (no door separating the living room from the alcove).  There are laundry facilities 3 minutes away.  The apartment is on the 2nd floor (3rd American) with lift on 1st floor (2nd American).

Closest metro station:  Minutes to Pont Neuf / Odeon

Minimum stay: 1 week 

Booking procedure: 25% rent taken at time of booking, balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.  A city of Paris tax of approx $1 per day/per person will also be taken.  Please note telephone and electricity charges are not included in rent and will be deducted upon check-out.

Holiday period:  A surcharge of up to 20% may be added to rent during Christmas/New Year's period.

Arrival/Check In:  By appointment only.  Airport transfer available at additional cost of $110 for up to 3 guests, $145 for up to 5.  Arrivals outside of office hours, 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday - Friday, may require airport transfer.  Check out is 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation policy:  There is no refund for any cancellations as these are private apartments owned by individuals, unless the owner is able to re-let the apartment. If apartment is re-let, then deposit is lost. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
