Apartment Description:  80 sq/m two bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor without elevator in an old building in the desirable 7th arrondissement.  A few minutes walk from the Seine, Hôtel des Invalides, Eiffel Tower and many restaurants, cafés and patisseries/boulangeries.  Also, conveniently located next door to supermarket.

A recently refurbished apartment with full bathroom with W/C and modern kitchen with new appliances and fixtures.  Tastefully decorated with floor to ceiling curtains and antiques, the apartment is clean, cozy and bright. Two sets of French doors in one bedroom and 2 sets in the living/dining. From the balcony, along side the street, the view of the Eiffel Tower is majestic, particularly at night.  The apartment has double paned windows to protect from street noise.  

Minimum stay: 1 week (4 days available at management's discretion)

Booking procedure: 60% rent taken at time of booking, balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.  Payment by VISA or Mastercard accepted.

Arrival/Check In:  Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m. Keys to the apartment are made available at the Paris office, conveniently located nearby in the 7th arrondissement.

Cancellation policy:  If cancellation is more than one month prior to arrival, deposit is non refundable.  If less than one month, there is no refund. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
