Apartment Description:  The apartment is located on the right bank, at Trocadéro, precisely at the beginning of avenue Paul Doumer, which is one of the classiest areas in Paris.

Approximately 1,800 sq/ft, the apartment is nicely decorated (mostly contemporary furnishings with some antiques).  On the 4th floor with elevator, it contains 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 single ), 2 bathrooms, 3 W/C, a large living room (with grand piano), a T.V room, a separate dining room, huge kitchen well equipped (dishwasher and washing machine). Carpeted throughout. It comes with a maid 2 hours two times a week (except week-end).

Arrival/Check In:  Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m. Keys to the apartment are made available at the Paris office, conveniently located nearby in the 7th arrondissement.

Cancellation policy:  If cancellation is more than one month prior to arrival, deposit is non refundable.  If less than one month, there is no refund. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
