Apartment Description:  A spacious 115 sq/m 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of the Latin Quarter, perfect for the vacationer, as it is close to many tourist sites, restaurants and monuments.  Located on the 2nd floor of a 19th century building with lift, the flat has living room with sofa, arm chairs, ornament fireplace, antique furniture and furnished with a double bed.  There is also an attached dining room.

Closest metro station:  Minutes to Jussieu (Line 7 & 10)

Please note there is a 10% price increase during the high season (March to June, October and Christmas).


Minimum stay: 1 week

Booking procedure: 60% rent taken at time of booking, balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.  Refundable security deposit of up to one weeks rent will be taken on arrival.  Please note electricity charges are not included in rent and will be deducted upon check-out.

Arrival/Check In: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.  Airport transfer can be arranged at additional cost of $50 for up to 5 guests.  Check-out is 10:00 a.m.  

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If cancellation is less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, there is no refund unless the apartment is re-let.  We strongly recommend cancellation insurance to avoid loss in such circumstances.
