Apartment Description:  A lovely sunny and quiet studette (15 sq/m) on the 7th floor of a 18th century building without lift.  It is located in one of the most chic districts of Paris, very close to Eiffel tower and Champ de Mars.  It also provides an excellent view of the Eiffel Tower from the living area window.

Closest metro station:  Minutes to Ecole Militaire

Please note there is a 10% price increase during the high season (March to June, October and Christmas).


Minimum stay: 1 week 

Booking procedure: 60% rent taken at time of booking, balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.  Refundable security deposit of up to one weeks rent will be taken on arrival.  Please note electricity charges are not included in rent and will be deducted upon check-out.

Arrival/Check In: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.  Arrivals after 7:00 p.m. need to be arranged at time of booking.  Check-out is 10:00 a.m.  Airport transfer can be arranged at additional cost of $44 (party of 2) to $73 (party of 4).

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If cancellation is less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, there is no refund unless the apartment is re-let.  We strongly recommend cancellation insurance to avoid loss in such circumstances.
