Apartment Description:  In a location which most Parisians can only dream of, with a wide view over the newly landscaped Esplanade des Invalides and the golden Dome, and on the other side toward the Eiffel Tower and far beyond, the Sacré Coeur. 

On the 6th floor of a very well kept building of the beginning of the century with lift and including concierge, the 1,200 sq/ft apartment with balcony and awnings along the reception rooms which face the view. It contains a living room with comfortable seating and a separate dining room seating six. Across the hallway a well equipped kitchen with burners, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Three bedrooms (2 with twin beds each and 1 with double bed). One full bathroom off living room, second bathroom with shower ensuite. Parquet floors throughout, the apartment is very comfortable and the furnishings include a number of pleasant antiques.

Closest metro station:  Ecole Militaire or La Tour Maubourg

Booking procedure: 60% rent taken at time of booking, balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.  Payment by VISA or Mastercard accepted.  

Arrival/Check In:  Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m. Keys to the apartment are made available at the Paris office, conveniently located nearby in the 7th arrondissement.

Cancellation policy:  If cancellation is more than one month prior to arrival, deposit is non refundable.  If less than one month, there is no refund. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
