Apartment Description:  Charming 485 sq/ft one bedroom apartment enjoys an ideal location in the heart of historical Paris - located on a small street in St. Germain des Pres.  The cafes of the now legendary boulevard are the former stomping grounds of Hemingway, Sartre, Picasso, Camus, Baudelaire and just about anyone else who was in Paris during the first half of the 20th century.  The apartment is located above the famous Paul Jammes Bookstore (one of the oldest in Paris).

Closest metro station:  St-Germain-des-Pres & Mabillon

Apartment Amenities:

	Queen bed plus 2 single beds
	Bathroom with shower
	Color TV and stereo
	Open plan kitchen with oven, burners, fridge/freezer, mixer & coffee maker
	Washing machine
	2nd floor (American 3rd) with No lift

Minimum stay: 1 week. 

Booking procedure:  50% deposit is due at time of booking.  Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.  $600 damage deposit by personal check/cash requested upon check-in and refunded upon departure.

Arrival/Check In:  An appointment must be arranged for key transfer.  Check-in is after 2:00 p.m.  Check out is 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation policy:  There is no refund for any cancellations as these are private apartments owned by individuals, unless the owner is able to re-let the apartment. If apartment is re-let, then deposit is lost. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
