Apartment Description:  This 3 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor with elevator, in a nice old building of the desirable 7th arrondissement, is a few minutes walk from the river, Hotel des Invalides (Napoléon's tomb), the Eiffel Tower and plenty of restaurants, cafés and one of the best market street (rue Cler).

The 1,000 sq/ft. apartment includes living room and large dining room, both overlooking the Avenue. The main bedroom has a double bed, second bedroom with 2 single beds and third with 1 single bed. Two bedrooms include wash basin in the room. The kitchen has many appliances and fixtures including oven and stove top, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, washing machine and microwave oven. This apartment has been designed and installed for the owners and is only available a few months of the year. It is nicely furnished (classic French) and well maintained. Carpeted throughout. It has more character than an apartment only made for rentals.

Arrival/Check In:  Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m. Keys to the apartment are made available at the Paris office, conveniently located nearby in the 7th arrondissement.

Cancellation policy:  If cancellation is more than one month prior to arrival, deposit is non refundable.  If less than one month, there is no refund. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
